Matthew Plourde
is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Routr. Building the organization from the ground up, Matthew oversees all operations and maximizes opportunities for the company. He leads and works with the unified team to execute our go-to-market strategy.
Like Routr in nature, Matthew flourishes in identifying problems and creating solutions. Prior to the inception of Routr, Matthew ran Montauk Bus for five years. In his leadership position, he triaged oversight and improvement of the overall operation of the business, including refining communication, structure, and organization. Routr was conceived to refine the operational and logistic problems in the company where there were no viable solutions to be found.
Aside from running the company, Matthew also enjoys running miles and makes staying active a priority. He finds solace in writing, reading, and learning, and makes sure he’s consistently exercising his mind as well. Matt feels most like himself when immersed in music.
